Do you offer a price promise?

Yes. We promise to beat any of our competitors prices as long as the product is like for like.

Do you offer a delivery Service?

All Fires are charged at £15.

Stone Fire surrounds may cost up to £75 to deliver depending on the weight.

AB, DD, DG, DH, IV, KA, KY, PA, PH, TD, TR which incur an excess delivery charge of £20 (Fires Only)

How can I pay for my order?

Do we offer a fitting service?

It is not possible for us to offer a fitting service at this time. However, you MUST make sure your gas fire is fitted by a Corgi / Gas Safe registered fitter.

Do all the prices on your website include V.A.T?

Yes. All our Prices include VAT.

Can you arrange fitting?

No. We are not able to arrange fitting.
