Delivery Service

We offer a delivery service to anywhere in the UK mainland. The delivery charge is £15 per fire

Stone Fire surrounds may cost up to £75 to deliver depending on the weight.

AB, DD, DG, DH, IV, KA, KY, PA, PH, TD, TR which incur an extra delivery charge of £20 (Fires Only)

We will contact you when we have the goods in stock and give you a delivery date.

We deliver to most areas on a weekly basis.

Most of our products are delivered using APC courier service.

If you want to use a carrier of your choice, you do so at your own risk. Unfortunately we are not able to accept any claims for damage caused by your carrier.

Most of our fires will be despatched within two weeks of us receiving your order.

We advise that customer do not book installation prior to receipt of your fire.

All deliveries are to the front door. If there are any special requirements we must be informed at point of purchase. Our courier delivers anytime between 8.30 – 5.30. We are able to arrange am or pm at extra cost to the customer. We will require a signature from the person accepting the delivery. If the fire is delivered damage you must mark the delivery note as damaged. We will not be made liable to goods damaged by the courier if the note is signed for and not marked damaged.

You must notify us of any damage to the fire when the box has been opened within 48 hours by email. If the goods need to be returned because of a manufacturing fault we will arrange for the goods to be collected. If the goods need to be returned for any other reason you must use an insured delivery service as we will not be liable for fires lost or damaged in transit. Any damaged items returned will be repaired or replaced. We will refund the cost of delivering the goods to us if the product is found to be damaged or faulty. We will require a copy of the delivery invoice.
